Laser Engraving Returns Policy
At Laser Line Engraving, we take great care to ensure that all laser-engraved products meet the highest standards of precision and quality. Due to the custom nature of our engraving services, our returns policy is as follows:
1. Non-Returnable Items
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for personalized or custom-engraved items unless the product is faulty or an error has been made on our part.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all spelling, design details, and specifications are correct at the time of order.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Engraving
If you receive an item that is damaged or has an engraving mistake caused by us, we will offer a replacement or refund. To process your claim:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photos showing the defect or incorrect engraving.
- If the issue is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
3. Customer Errors
- We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for errors made by the customer (e.g., incorrect spelling, dates, or design choices provided during the ordering process).
- If you realize a mistake after placing an order, please contact us immediately—if production has not yet started, we may be able to make changes.
4. Damaged in Transit
- If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, arrange a replacement.
